Nowadays, sports industry has become one of the main industries of national economy in many countries of the world. On one hand, China has entered WTO and successfully won the right to host the 2008 Olympic Games, meanwhile the national strategy of giving priority to develop the 10 tertiary industries including sports industry has been put into practice; on the other, the international environment is relatively stable; both of which provide a superb moment for the industrialization and commercialization of Chinese sports. However there still exist many factors that prevent the inflow of investment into sports industry, such as the singleness of the financial means, the misplacement of investing policies, the uncertainty of governmental and social investment, and the unsteadiness of income and consumption expectations and so on. Under capitalization has become a bottleneck in developing our sports industry. While both the multi-horse model of Harold and the flying-off theory of Rostow emphasize funds-collection play a decisive part in the development of industry. Then how to get our sports industry out of such plight? And how to optimize and expend enterprises at low costs and high benefits for our sports industry?By using the method of literature and logical analysis, questionnaire, expert interview, deduction, this paper not only explore the constraining factors in funds-collection of sports industry, but describe the capital operation system of sports industry based on broadening investment and financial channels of it. After systematically analyzing the necessity of capital operation system of sports industry, this essay has designed a capital operation system of our sports industry composed of two layers: one is the core-operating layer(the methods of stimulating the capital operation system), the other is the outer-supporting layer(the favorable environment for the capital operation)...
