For chemistry, The subject knowledge framework as a whole constitute built on thebasis of the concept in the subject.The concept system is the core of the knowledgeconstruction.Therefore, research is very important for the “definition of theconcept”.Because the method effectively grasp “definition of the concept”the way aswell as the significance of what they say, to improve the efficiency of classroomteaching, the full realization of teaching goal and to improve students’ master learningconcept, can produce certain effect.Then the “definition of the concept” research, why definition this way; theconcepts presented in this way can impact on student learning; and what will be theimpact on Teachers’ teaching;“definition of the concept” what is the standard ofprevious research on these problems is not clear, so this paper focuses on theseproblems, combination of educational psychology theories example, and gives simpleadvice.The paper by the following one by one:The first part is based on the literatures, the domestic and foreign research on “thedefinition of concept” of the show.In the present research, research on the concept of foreign than domestic early, andto put forward some strategies and methods of concept teaching; the domestic study onthe concept pf mostly through foreign study concludes. The domestic and foreignresearch on concept basically in the concept teaching, the concept is how to define theconcept of representation; why the research is very little.So this paper focused“definition of the concept” the theory of.The meaning and characteristics of second part of “definition of the concept of”and the role of teaching.The four aspects of the summary of how to “definition of the concept”:Science,accurate, concise, summary. As these four aspects is the “definition of the concept of”standard. The connotation of “characteristic of definition of the concept” in-depthunderstanding of the study, and study the “definition of the concept of” play in the role of teaching.The third part through the theoretical construction of “definition of the concept”research, the theoretical construction method leads to the “definition of the concept”theory.The concept is linked to them by people’s cognitive ability, language ability, neuralconversion, logical thinking ability, become “theory defines the concept”. Through thesystematic analysis of research methods, further summarizes the definition of“concept”.The fourth part will be the teaching of middle school “definition of the concept”type analysis, and is verified on the basis of each type. Through the example andsummarizes the teaching of middle school “definition of the concept” strategy.The ultimate goal is through the study, master “form and method of definition ofthe concept” will make the teachers education, understanding of chemical substancesand its change are just stay on the perceptual stage of initial but to make them formcorrect reasonable cognitive structure, which can, from a deeper understanding of thedefinition of the concept “knowledge network”, establish a set of complete, system. Atthe same time, and develop the students’ability of logical thinking, able to look at natureso as to make the students understand how to learn chemistry knowledge in a short timeand firmly through the phenomenon.
