Procedure teaching method is based on the information theory, control theory and systemtheory general rule proposed operational behaviorism learning theory, based on the materialsfrom the shallower to the deeper arrangement, with strict logic link little steps form theteaching process, and continuous feedback, make teaching more scientific and effective.Teaching procedures are under strict control, adhere to a " small steps, timely feedback,correct intensive, low error rate " the principles of teaching, with students from the shallowerto the deeper, from easy to difficult, from simple to complex, gradually improve the learningrule.I chose Northeast Normal University majoring in physical education of grade2009of twoboys class teaching experiment, divided into a control class and experimental class, a class isa class of programmed teaching method with traditional teaching method. Through theexperimental pretest indicators to ensure that two in the homogeneous under the experimentalteaching, experimental teaching and experiment on the skills of the students, physical quality,learning interest, learning motivation and other aspects of testing and investigation, the dataobtained using the SPSS17.0statistics. I mainly using the method of literature, questionnaire,experiment, mathematical statistics and other research methods. The results are as follows:1in swimming class in using procedure teaching method in teaching for breaststroketechnique to improve the performance of it has obvious effect on students, meticulous graspeach technology segment, increase the action completed quality to have the very big help,greatly improve the effectiveness of teaching.2breaststroke technique structure with complexity, program teaching method in smallsteps, timely feedback and timely reinforcement principles apply to breaststroke teaching, theexperimental results also show that, the procedure teaching method applied to the strongtechnology, technology structure of complex movement project with real significance.3in the use of process teaching method in swimming teaching, the students’ learninginterest and learning efficiency is obviously improved, contribute to the learning content isdifficult to master.4program teaching method in practical teaching, experiments, teachers in settingteaching program and one by one to complete the teaching at the same time, did not ignore thestudents’ interest in learning, autonomous learning ability, learning motivation and lifelongphysical exercise consciousness, fully embodies the teachers as the leading, student-centeredteaching principles.
