Swimming is as a sports event,it also is as a survival skill,it has been gradually paid attention to by the people and the government.With the implementation of Wuhan Swimming Program,an effective teaching method enables students to learn to swim in a short time and to meet certain technical requirements,which is essential.Combined with the characteristics of "small step,timely feedback,enhanced action and low error rate",this study further studies the application of breaststroke teaching to improve the shortcomings and shortcomings of the conventional teaching method.It provides an effective teaching method for Wuhan breaststroke class plan,which accords with the physical and mental laws of young students,improves the quality and efficiency of breaststroke teaching,makes the learning process clearer and students easier to master,so as to improve the quality of students’ learning,and achieve the purpose of teaching efficiently.In the course of experimental research,this paper adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,experiment and data statistics.It selects the fifth grade students in Qingshan District of Wuhan as the experimental object and takes the breaststroke teaching as the carrier to explore the application effect of the program teaching method in the breaststroke teaching.Through the experimental study,the main conclusions are as follows.1.Improve the students’ level of individual technical action by using the program teaching method.2.Improve the overall level of breaststroke by using program teaching method.3.Improve the students’ interest in learning by using the program teaching method.4.Improve the students’ motivation by using the program teaching method.5.Improve the students’ parents’ satisfaction by using the procedure teaching method.Based on the above findings,the author draws the following suggestions:1.The teaching of the procedure teaching method should be based on the understanding and analysis of the teaching material,it should arrange the teaching procedure scientifically and reasonably,and the arrangement of each procedure should be combined closely and orderly.In order to achieve the ideal teaching purpose and effect,we should also achieve real-time feedback and timely evaluation in teaching.2.The procedure teaching method should constantly revise the procedure according to the characteristics of the project,adapt to the law of students’ physical and mental development and the ability to accept the learning ability,and at the same time,it must increase the interest of more students as much as possible.It also emphasizes the close and orderly relationship between the various steps.3.In the process of teaching,we should set up the idea of always taking students as the center,focus on cultivating students’ thought of lifelong physical exercise,improve students’ physical quality,and enhance their skills and professional knowledge.At the same time,it strengthens the teachers’ own professional quality,according to the development of the situation,adapts to the development of the times,so as to keep pace with the times.4.In the process of teaching,we should learn from each other and learn from other excellent teaching methods to optimize the teaching effect.
