| Teachers’ rights is the various rights and interests that teachers should enjoyed. Itis an important topic in the theory research and practice of Chinese educational law.Democratic management right, the rights of the important one, is derivative of ateacher because of the profession, is the reflect of a citizen’s democratic participationin state affairs rights in education field. Protected in accordance with the teacher’sdemocratic right of management, which is beneficial to the operation of the primaryand secondary school principal responsibility system, is in accordance with therequirements of the school, is to maintain the lawful rights and interests of teacherswhich is an important part. But at present, our country middle school teacher in theprocess of democratic management, there are still many problems in practice, Weneed study deeply. In this paper, we select part of high school teachers as the researchobject in the M province L city, by interview and questionnaire survey as the researchmethod. based on the analysis of the data, to know the city junior high school teachersof democratic management practice situation. And puts forward of the reasons andimprovement strategy.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part: The connotation of the middle school democratic management andthe meaning of the protection oh the right. This part defines the rights and themeaning of democratic management, the theory of teachers’ participation in schoolmanagement and ensure the meaning of democratic management.The second part: The investigation of the secondary school teachers of thedemocratic management right and the practice problems. This part mainly accordingto the survey data which was carried on the concrete analysis, describes the conditionof teacher democratic management practice of our country at present.This part mainlyanalysis the problem in the process o from the teacher to the understanding of thenature of democratic management, teachers’ body status of participation in the schoolmanagement, participation opportunity, democratic procedures, feedback mechanismand teacher’s rights behavior.The thirdth part: the reason of the existing problems which in middle schoolteacher practice democratic management. This part mainly analyses the reason of theproblems from the legal gap, the education administrative department, the lack of responsibility in the school and teachers’ silence troubled etc.The fourth part: The protection of school teacher democratic management right.This part mainly puts forward the protection from the perfect legal laws andregulations, strengthen the education administrative departments of responsibility,improve the school security mechanism and improve the quality of the teachers’participation in the school management.In this paper, through this a few parts, the systematic study of middle schoolteachers of democratic management practice problems, but also have manyshortcomings, in the it is worth further study in the future. |
