This thesis mainly from the secondary technical school(secondary specialized school),the rights,teachers professional rights of the relevant provisions of the basis of the relevant provisions of the People’s Republic of China on the basis of the relevant provisions of the secondary technical school teachers,managements and the evaluation of the students,the right to maintain professional quality, remuneration and other four basic professional rights,and the relevant laws and regulations,the Marx’s comprehensive development theory,Maslow’s theory of hierarchy of needs,Adams fair theory and so on.Secondary specialized school teachers’ occupational rights on safeguard question research will have to be advocated by the state in accordance with the law governance and the rules of the law of the implementation,is conducive to promoting the reform and innovation of school management system,is conducive to the secondary specialized school teachers’ professional rights safeguard,is conducive to the promotion of the sports development of the vocational education.This study mainly through questionnaire and interview of Shihezi area L secondary vocational school teachers were in-depth investigation, to the vocational school teachers’ professional rights implementation status and problems are in the process of a detailed study,through the analysis of questionnaire and interview, resulting in the school teachers rights cannot be guaranteed for many reasons, the main reasons are outlined for teachers’ legal consciousness, school management system deposit existed vulnerabilities, education legislation is not perfect and the society of teachers’ evaluation system of injustice. In order to promote the professional rights protection of secondaryspecialized school teachers, this paper from the four aspects of the legal systems of a country self advocacy, school management system and the social evaluation mechanism are put forward about corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, namely, to strengthen secondary specialized school rights protection, establish a perfect legal system of the rights of the teachers; strengthening the cultivation of the quality of the secondary technical school teachers, to enhance the awareness of self-rights; establish and improve school management system, to enhance school management system construction; perfect secondary specialized school objective and impartial evaluation mechanism of teachers.In this thesis,through a large number of survey data analysis and summary of the technical secondary school teachers’ rights situation, which has certain representativeness,analyze the problems of roots,and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions onChina’s secondary specialized school teachers’ research on the rights of the theoretical system of the formation, has a certain reference value. The contents of the thesis is to speed up the vocational education in our country, Targeted to improve the awareness of the rights of secondary specialized school teachers have a strong pertinence.
