Study On Students Rights Under The View Of Internal Democratic Governance In University

Because of the present,the situation of college students ' rights guarantee is still not optimistic,and the cases of infringement of college students ' rights are frequent.College students sued their alma mater,not to find suitable remedies,and university administrators "to sue" and other status often occurs.University managers and college students at the level of university affairs management at two,both in the concept of school management,system level and university management,the actual operational level will appear more or less contradictory.The relationship between university and college students has not been clearly understood,and the problems of students ' rights are often violated in colleges and universities have not been reasonably provided.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the realization of students ' rights on the basis of the collaborative governance of multiple stakeholders within the university.Not only can further advance the research progress of university students ' rights,but also provide a new perspective for the research of college students ' rights and the internal democratic management of universities.This thesis will be analyzed from five parts,firstly,the author summarizes the previous research literatures about college students at home and abroad,including the development of students ' rights in Europe and the United States and the research situation of Chinese students ' rights in recent ten years.Secondly,it introduces the theory of collaborative governance and the theory of college students ' rights,including the present situation,connotation and significance of the research of modern university collaborative governance.Collaborative governance theory is an effective way to develop a modern university system and perfect the constitution of the university to realize the rule of law by exploring New horizons for the research of humanities and social sciences.At the same time,the rights of college students as citizens and educators in our country can be expressed in a series of legal texts.But rights often suffer from violations.Therefore,this thesis analyzes the cases of the infringement of the right,personal rights and property rights of college students,and analyzes and causes the conflicts between college and university administrators at the conceptual level,system level and actual operation level.Finally,the relevant strategies of college students ' rights guarantee are presented under the view of collaborative governance within the university.This article includes four points: the implementation of the college students ' rights in the Statutes of the university,guaranteeing the realization of students ' participation rights,guaranteeing fairness in the process of management and safeguarding the rights of students.From the implementation of the regulation of the right of middle school students to participate in the university internal Affairs management,the University management process justice and the ultimate relief guarantee,the university management always adheres to the humanism spirit,in the way of coordinated common rule,the university student as the backbone strength in the management of the college,for the practical safeguard student's right to propose the thinking direction.
