With the concept of lifelong learning has been widely accepted, there is increasing emphasis on the ability to learn. Research shows that reading ability is one of the important factors that affect learning ability and academic achievement. Early childhood stage is a critical period of reading proficiency, the study has important implications for early reading. Kindergarten is an important place for young children to carry out reading activities. The smoothly development of kindergarten early reading is conducive to help children develop good reading habits, a strong interest in reading and learn science reading strategies. The middle class in a kindergarten mostly between4-5years of age. Reading ability gradually formed in this period. Reveal this period of early childhood reading activities can help us to understand the existing problems and to provide a scientific and rational basis to solve the existing problems.The study analysis the early childhood reading activities of Changchun City in a kindergarten class A by observation, interviews and other methods. And put forward some suggestions to improve the level of reading activities in the middle class in kindergarten.The structure of the study is as follow:Chapter I:Put forward the research questions. Proposed research background in several aspects include the value of early reading,<3-6Years Old Children’s Learning and Development Guidelines> and personal research interests. Analysis the research on early reading and defined the related concepts. And discussed the significance and the methods of this study.Chapter II:Characteristics of early childhood reading activities of class A. Summary the Characteristics of reading activities of class A in several aspects include reading habits, interest in reading and reading ability.Chapter III:Problems and analysis of early childhood reading activities of class A. Analysis the problems and the influencing factors of of early childhood reading activities of class A.Chapter IV:Education proposal. Proposed education proposal in several aspects include teachers, kindergarten, parents and the community.
