With the rapid development of human information technology,the international community has paid more and more attention to children's early reading,creating suitable conditions for children's early reading activities.The effect and quality of reading area creation in kindergarten directly affect the development of children's early reading ability and the improvement of reading level.So,what is the current level of kindergarten reading area creation?What factors affect the creation of reading area?What are the problems in the process of creation?In this study,literature,questionnaire,interview and observation methods were used to select 10 kindergartens of different levels in Wuhan city,a total of 60 classes of reading areas were widely investigated,and two of them were selected for field observation,and 6 preschool teachers were randomly selected for in-depth interviews.According to professor Feng Xiaoxia's division of implicit curriculum creation,this study investigates and analyzes the current situation of the creation of reading area in kindergarten from three aspects:physical space environment,reading activity norms and cultural psychology,explores the relevant factors influencing the creation effect,finds out the root causes of the problems,and puts forward effective education suggestions for the problems existing in the creation process.The results show that preschool teachers have achieved some satisfactory results in the process of creating reading areas:preschool teachers can take the age characteristics,interests and hobbies,physiological and psychological needs of children as the starting point and foothold in the physical space environment,reading activity norms and cultural psychology creation;Most preschool teachers in the creation process to consider more comprehensive,such as physical space environment lighting,quiet degree,size,reading equipment and metope design,children's books on the way,type,quantity,reading time arrangement,children's reading psychology,etc.;Teachers can establish harmonious and equal teacher-child relationship with children in reading area.Of course,there are also many problems in the process of creating reading area.First,in the creation of the physical space environment,the kindergarten class reading area per capita is insufficient;Teachers lack the standard guidance of scientific system in equipment selection;Metope environment design appears too formal phenomenon.Second,in the reading activity standard,there are books in the reading area update is not timely,put in unscientific,schedule is not strong;The evaluation of children's reading behavior lacks scientific and systematic guidance.Third,in the creation of cultural psychology,preschool teachers' guidance attitude is negative neglect,and most teachers lack creative and scientific idea guidance on how to create a reading atmosphere.According to the investigation and analysis,this study concludes four main factors that affect the quality of the creation of reading area:preschool teachers,lack of comprehensive understanding of the creation of reading area;Teachers' planning of reading time is not scientific enough;Kindergarten management system is not clear,guidance and training is not in place;Kindergarten on reading area evaluation system is not perfect.In view of the problems existing in the current kindergarten teachers' creation of reading area,the researchers put forward the following educational suggestions in order to improve the level of the creation of reading area:to improve teachers' comprehensive understanding of the creation of reading area;To strengthen the management of preschool teachers' reading time;Clear kindergarten reading area system specification,provide multi-channel guidance and training for teachers;Establish a perfect reading area evaluation system.
