Chemical subject entered the stage of high school chemistry, the teaching content of depth, breadth,difficulty increased significantly, focuses on the cultivation of the abstract thinking, based on abstractthinking chemical concepts and rules, make the students actively accept and consciously to acquireknowledge, develop intelligence. High school chemistry in the discipline teaching has many difficulties,need to think about some methods to solve these existing researches of the difficult points, betterimplementation of high school chemistry teaching. Research learning theory provides educators with a kindof can let learners ability of self-learning, improve methods. It is also suitable for application to the processof high school chemistry teaching.This study based on information technology integration theory and constructivism theory as thefoundation, according to the characteristics of the subject through literature research, investigation researchmethod and case analysis, the three kinds of research methods, presented with the theory of inquirylearning method to support build a knowledge system, through the study to the design of inquiry learningplatform at the same time, from design to build the overall framework, from this module function toteaching case analysis, initially formed the basic ideas of high school chemistry inquiry learning platformconstruction. Research process, through the analysis of high school chemistry discipline characteristic, thetype of high school chemistry inquiry learning, steps, summed up to form the system of high schoolchemistry inquiry learning teaching mode. And on the basis of such a teaching mode design of high schoolchemistry inquiry learning platform and the corresponding teaching application case. For practical teachingprovides an effective design idea of inquiry learning platform, if can achieve, is to help learners master theknowledge system in the learning process at the same time, can help learners create a autonomous learning,collaborative learning and inquiry learning in learning situations, in order to realize the cultivation oflearners’ autonomous learning ability and thinking ability to provide favorable conditions.
