The new curriculum reform for high school history teaching has brought the new view ofteaching material view, view on teachers and students. The proposed new curriculumrequirements of high school history teaching according to the characteristics of history andhistory teaching, give full play to the function of history education. In strengthening thecitizen education, history curriculum plays a very important role in education and teaching.Therefore, I choose “The Political System and Law of Ancient Rome” in High School History,analysis and comparison of PEP edition, Yuelu edition textbooks.taking Yuelu edition as acase for study on a teaching design.This paper is composed of introduction and three parts.The introduction describes the reason for choosing this topic, research status of rome lawand high school teaching Rome history, this paper’s research ideas.The first part is analysis of curriculum requirements of ancient Rome’s political systemand the content of different versions of textbooks. After the new curriculum reform of highschool history, textbooks presented "a mark the" situation. At present, the high school historyteaching materials Committee of national schools approved four version. Write each edition ofthe textbooks are based on the "ordinary high school history curriculum standard" as the basis,each version of the selected courses on basic consistent, but the version also exist largedifferences in preferences. Based on the content standard correctly can be accurately set theteaching goal. While history textbooks as the core of the high school history teaching material,is an important teaching resources for teachers in preparing lessons, teaching reference design.Therefore, the course before the design of teaching, the curriculum as the basis for people’sversion, person teaching edition and Yuelu edition textbook analysis, integration of Yueluversion of the textbook content.The second part, the author of the Yuelu edition of "constitutional and legal" lessonteaching design of ancient Rome.According to the basic process of instructional design:curriculum objective analysis, learning content analysis, the design of teaching goal, emphasisand difficulty of teaching, teaching methods and strategies, the choice of teaching media,teaching arrangement, teaching the design process of ten aspects of the course, the specificclassroom teaching design.The third part is the characteristics of this teaching design.The fourth part is the reflection on this paper’s teaching design.
