Through the vigorous development in recent years,the private colleges and universitieshave become an indispensable part of China’s higher education in the new era.Since thenineteen eighties, under the planned economy background,it began its development process,through constant adjustment and combination, so far, the amount of the civilian-run collegesand universities has achieved676from the earliest69, which was a great achievement.During the development process of the private colleges and universities, they meet thedemand of the talents under the market economy,teaching modes are more flexible than theothers,and more suitable for the need of the society for talents. It is an important part underthe socialist economic system.The state defined it from "private higher education issupplement of the public higher education " into "private higher education is an important partof the higher education in our country". However, with the continuous development of theprivate colleges and universities, there are also a number of problems, such as how to solvethe unreasonable structure of teachers, the unsteady team, and great movement of the talents,all of these problems have become the bottlenecks during the development of the privatecolleges and universities.This paper is mainly focus on the present situation of human resources in privatecolleges and universities, through investigation and analysis, the writer uses the first handinformation to find out the common points of the problems and refined them. The writercombines the foreign sophisticated management experience with the characteristics andadvantages of China’s private colleges and universities to find out the basic structure of theteacher resources and the reasons of the loss of the talents in the private colleges anduniversities in Jilin province. Finally the writer puts forward the correspondingcountermeasures.In this paper, the author thinks that the teacher’s loss is not only a personal reason, butthere are also deficiencies in the government policy and the school’s management, in thisarticle, through the summary of the survey data, from the view of the social identity, therelevant policies of government, the perfecting the system of private colleges anduniversities,human resource management, the author puts forward the question, and proposesthe corresponding countermeasure. The purpose of the author is through the description andanalysis to mitigate of loss of the human resources in private colleges and universities, and topromote the private colleges and universities have a rational structure, high quality, strongbusiness teachers.
