With the continuous progress of the reform of higher education system in recent years,private colleges and universities have become an integral part of the higher education system at this stage.As a new force to promote higher education,the process of promoting the popularization of higher education in China has broad prospects for development.The development of private colleges can be from the beginning of the last century in 80 s during the period of planned economy,after adjustment,the optimized combination and eventually formed a development model of a natural,the initial development of private colleges and universities for the development of higher education has made a satisfactory answer.But if we want private colleges to get more room for development,the prerequisite is to build a high-quality team of teachers.Therefore,for private colleges in China,it is necessary to do a good job of human resources management,focusing on improving the level of teachers.This is not only a problem for private colleges,but also the basic purpose of this study.Research emphasis,taking private colleges in Jilin Province as an example,combined with literature and local private colleges and universities related data investigation,summed up the current development of private colleges in Jilin.The main content of the study is divided into six parts: the first part,clarify the research background,research significance,research status at home and abroad,lay a solid theoretical foundation for the following;the second part,theoretical analysis.Make a deep understanding of human resource management,provide reference and reference for human resource management in private colleges;the third part,the current situation of human resources management in private colleges in Jilin province.The investigation from the teachers,salary and welfare management personnel and other aspects,the universality and particularity of the human resource management;the fourth part,problems and cause analysis of human resources management of private colleges in Jilin Province,according to the survey results of the existing problems of private colleges in Jilin province to find the causes of human resource management;the fifth part the author puts forward countermeasures to optimize the system,after finding the problem and causes,so as to effectively solve the corresponding problems of human resources management of private colleges in Jilin province in the process;sixth part,conclusion,put forward the development idea.The results show that although private colleges have experienced long-term practice and development,they have gradually fused with the higher education system in China,and the results have been quite obvious.However,it is undeniable that there are still some shortcomings in the human resources management of private colleges in Jilin Province,and we should do a systematic analysis.By putting forward effective optimization strategy,it lays a solid foundation for the sustainable development of private colleges in Jilin province.
