The Research On The Current Situation Of Education Quality In Kindergartens

The quality of kindergarten education is the key issue of children’s happy life and healthy growth in the garden. For the quality of early education, researchers generally from the quality of the results, the structural quality, process quality to research. The structural quality of kindergarten education is the necessary hardware facilities that a kindergarten must have, it guarantees the kindergarten to organize basic education activities.In this paper, the urban kindergartens in Changchun is the object of the study, and in order to know the present situation and the current problems of the structural quality of kindergarten education, the researcher collects information through questionnaires, observations, interviews and other methods, Otherwise the researcher also puts forward a few of recommendations to improve the structure quality of kindergarten education based on the study.This paper includes the following five components:The first part is to put forward the issues. Fist, the researcher discuss the background that countries concern the quality of early education, then make a literature review about the quality of education, the quality of kindergarten education and the structure quality of kindergarten education.The second part is the study design. Including the research object and research questions of this study, makes a thorough introduction of the methods of data collection.The third part is the present situation of the structure quality of kindergarten education. By reading the literature at hone and abroad, the author determine the dimension of the structural quality of kindergarten education, and make a summary of the status of the kindergarten staff conditions, the kindergarten class status and the overall situation of the kindergarten.The fourth part is to analyze the problems of the structure quality of kindergarten education, according to the various documents of the country about the structure quality of kindergarten education, such as the "kindergarten procedures","the fixed building area of urban kindergarten and so on, analyzing the current problems of the structure quality of kindergarten education in Changchun City.The fifth part is some suggestions about improving the structure quality of the kindergarten education. In order to improve the quality of kindergarten teaching and the development of young children, this paper also propose some solutions to the existing problems from the social, kindergarten and so on.
