This study aimed to investigate the effects of the group music therapy alleviate the stressand Psychological. In this paper,16college students of NENU (Northeast Normal University),as the subjects, were tested against members of group music therapy intervention. Before andafter the implementation of the intervention, the subjects were filled "Psychological stressquestionnaire sense" test subjects members of the physiological and psychological indicatorsapproached pretest, using SPSS statistical software posttest differences and processed.The study found that before and after the tested through a "sense of students’psychological stress questionnaire" statistical test results showed that: the test during a periodof eight times, each90minutes of group music therapy intervention after the event, frompsychological indicators, the overall stress score and family stress, interpersonal stress,adaptation pressure11dimensions scores were significantly lower; from the physiologicalpoint of view, were tested before and after the intervention diastolic, systolic blood pressureand heart rate showed no significant a significant change. Statistical results showed that groupmusic therapy to a certain extent, ease the psychological pressure sensation, can effectivelyreduce the psychological stress caused by physical and mental discomfort, and can improvethe coping capacity to effectively avoid negative coping with stress, and the effect isremarkable; but physiological the impact is not significant.
