Music plays an important role in the development of human civilization. It has different effects on life, science, education, health care, management and so on. As an aesthetic form of human creation, it has a close relationship with human's emotion, behavior and physical and mental health. In the process of implementing music education, it has the function of alleviating psychological pressure, eliminating fatigue, regulating emotion and so on.Music appreciation is a kind of active and creative music activity. The training of music appreciation ability is helpful for students to enrich their emotions, improve their cultural quality, improve their physical and mental health, and form a perfect personality. Appreciation of music in middle school as a subject of quality-oriented education, it is very important in teaching is one of the basic courses in primary and middle schools, primary school known as the "listen", junior high school stage called "appreciation", to the high school stage called "appreciation".Music therapy is the application and development of music in the field of art appreciation and aesthetic appreciation.
