Nowadays,with the increasing pressure on primary school students,primary school students begin to present a variety of physical and psychological problems,such as insomnia,irritability,depression and test anxiety.These problems are caused by learning pressure in the group of primary school students.It is very common and has caused serious psychological burden and mental stress to the majority of primary school students.Therefore,if the problem of primary school students' learning pressure cannot be effectively alleviated,this problem will directly affect the healthy development of primary and secondary school students.This paper advocates the use of music therapy program to focus on solving a series of psychological problems caused by primary school students' learning pressure.Through the rhythm of music,they enter the heart of primary school students,deeply understand the main influencing factors of primary school students' academic pressure,and use different rhythm music to carry out primary school students.Reasonable guidance and education and treatment,on the one hand,use music to relieve students' emotions,relax students' tight mental state,re-establish primary school students' enthusiasm and confidence in learning;on the other hand,carry out and implement the "burden reduction,policy,from family,society,All aspects of the school to reduce the burdenof primary school students,focusing on' the improvement of learning quality and learning efficiency,rather than blindly increase the burden of learning,the effective combination of music therapy and burden reduction policies,ease the learning pressure of primary school students,improve learning efficiency,and Promote the healthy growth and development of primary and secondary school students.In the specific study,this paper used the pupils' stress questionnaire as a measurement tool,and selected 60 primary school students as the research subjects,and it was divided into three groups:experimental group,experimental group 2 and control group,with 20 members in each group.The experimental group was treated with a rhythmic and intense music therapy intervention.The experimental group 2 took a gentle and moderate music therapy intervention,and the control group maintained the normal mode for experimental research,and the pressure value of each group of primary school students during the experiment.Pre-test and post-test were performed to test the difference between the pre-and post-test data of each group's learning pressure value,and the SPSS software was used for statistical processing to evaluate and analyze the intervention effect.The experimental results show that the gentle and slow music pressure relief effect is the best(experimental two groups of treatment music forms),the rhythm and fast music is not significant(the experimental group of treatment music forms),but not the music therapy.The stress problem will be more serious(control group),Therefore,based on the experimental research results,this paper proposes scientific and reasonable development suggestions from the four levels of school,family,society and primary school students,and uses music therapy to effectively alleviate the learning pressure of primary school students.The physical and mental health of primary school students has played a positive role in promoting.
