It is necessary to change the teaching idea,that connecting the students’learning and daily life let biology classroom full of vigor and vitality.This paper adopts literature method, questionnaire method and practic research.This paper includes five chapters. In the introduction part introduces the problems’background, points out that the significance of life teaching in biology.from the twoaspects of students and teachers. and through the collection large number ofdocuments about research to life-based teaching at home and abraod. In the firstchapter respectively from Dewey’s education theory, tao xingzhi’s education thought,constructivism learning theory and the STS education theory provides the theoreticalfoundation for the study. In the second chapter mainly introduces the implementationof life teaching principle, namely: the principle of subjectivity, scientific principle, theprinciple of life, etc. The third part of the articleputs forward several strategies. fromthe teaching content, the introduction of class, the arrangement of the problem, In thefourth chapter select three typical cases,mainliy discuss how to develop high schoolbiology life-based teaching by case analysis method.
