Calligraphy has become our country has a unique style of traditional art.Writing teaching has always been for the country seriously, as early as in the Shang Dynasty, copybooks was listed as one of the Six Arts. Today, writing, teaching is a very important part in the primary language teaching, is also one of the most critical link, which runs through the whole learning process of the students. In recent years, around the teaching of writing to give more and more concern and attention, but, due to the drawbacks of the existing education examination system, teachers write teaching improper and family education imbalance affects the formation of the students’ ability to write this is a social problem prevalent in primary school language teaching. This paper reviews the literature for this phenomenon, clear writing teaching-related issues, and four upper primary stage of the four regions in Sichuan, Hebei, Guangdong and Inner Mongolia, the students write the status quo and the school’s writing teaching situation made an in-depth investigation and analysis, from an objective understanding of the level of students’ writing, teachers teaching of writing, school writing teaching management and implementation, and detailed analysis, based on the collection of practice material for the language courses based on the current standards proposed improvement strategies, from both theoretical and practical levels.
