With the development of modern information technology, we have already stepped intothe information society, the role of teachers change with the direction of education, teachersmust have professional quality of education to adapt the demand of information-based society.In the current, teacher education is reforming all around the world, so teachers’ professionalquality is very important. Education technology ability is an important standard to measureteachers’ professional level. Teachers’ professional quality includes professional knowledge,professional attitude and so on. So we should research the teachers’ education technologyability training how to improve the effect of teacher education technology ability training andthe type of training strategy at present.Education is moving towards information and digitization. Under this background, whatwe need is no longer traditional professional knowledge and the ability to organize teachingprocess. Education technology becomes a necessary auxiliary means in the teaching activities,so we should focus on how to improve teachers’ education technology. We need work to tellthem what ability they should have and how to use them creatively and independent.We should know that the education technology ability plays an indispensable role in theprocess of teaching and growth. In the premise of the integration of teachers’ education, howto make the training effect optimization is our purpose. The pre-service teachers training andafter training are two main part of this paper, because of that teacher-training stage is thefoundation of teacher’s development, so we will investigate the status of education technologyability training of normal phase at first, then analyse in-service teachers. We want to find outthe advantages and disadvantages, difference and link existing in these phases of educationtechnology training through the data. We also should summarise the problems and the reasonsin the training. Last we will put forward the resolution strategy according to the integration ofteacher’s education, and we hope that it’s helpful to teacher’ professional development.
