Enhance the ability of educational technology, teachers in Colleges and universities to promote the development of teachers’ teaching ability is the urgent need of the development of higher education. This is because the promotion of University Teachers’ educational technology ability is a challenge, education informationization of engineering teachers on the other hand is the professional development of teachers and the state of College Teachers’ educational technology ability of the guidelines. But in fact, from the point of view of the number of teachers and professional engineering at present, is China’s first university science and engineering characteristics, is the cultivation of engineering and technical personnel has the strict logical thinking ability, and how the engineering knowledge of specific image highly abstracted by teachers in the classroom language to show, for engineering college teachers educational technology applications test. But the reality is the engineering college teachers’ educational technology ability is insufficient, affects the improvement of teaching quality. How to correctly understand and deal with these problems, it is an urgent task for us. Based on this, it is necessary to make a systematic research to this problem.This research is made clear in 2015 the Ministry of education key work in accelerating the informatization of education requirements, to the subject characteristics and present situation of engineering teachers knowledge structure as the starting point, from the theoretical and practical aspects of the in-depth studies on the construction of the training mode of Engineering College Teachers Educational technology. Firstly, using the analysis method to determine the ability of educational technology training of teachers in Colleges and universities of engineering model, issues related to educational technology ability of engineering college teachers learn through interview and field investigation; followed by the definition and analysis of related concepts, research training in high school teachers’ educational technology ability; finally, try to establish a suitable educational technology ability engineering college teachers training mode, trying to educational technology ability of engineering college teachers provide a paradigm, to provide "technical support" to carry out maintenance work of Engineering College Teachers’ educational technology ability training, but also to improve educational technology ability in engineering colleges and universities, promote the effect of engineering college classroom teaching improvement, promote engineering professional college teachers the development path, to provide support and improve the quality of teaching in engineering colleges and universities.
