Physics is the most basic and the most common movement form of all matter, thestructure of materials at all levels, the basic law of interaction and movement disciplines,which is the most common material movement in the nature as the research phenomenon andis one of the most important and basic subject in natural science. But in high school physicslearning of knowledge always make most people feel a little helpless, boil down to one word:"difficult". Students especially prone to difficulties in freshman year in high school physicslearning phase. In the face of students’ physics learning difficulties, many parents andchildren are by means of individual tutoring to improve physics learning difficulties.According to this kind of social phenomenon, this paper discusses the causes of paid tutorteaching from emotions and motivations in the two aspects. Supported by emotionalpsychology theory, we explore the teachers’ influence on student’s emotion in the individualeducation.In today’s society, the individual education mode is not a new social phenomenon and inthe implementation of quality education today, this phenomenon is quite common, so it isworth our thinking. It is one of the important means of investing education and learning tohelp children for the parents. With the deepening of education reform, people’s concept ofeducation is also changing. In the society’s big background, how to improve the educationsystem as much as possible, and cultivate children all-round development under the existingconditions. Physique and law is important, but physical and mental health education moreand more get the attention of people. Emotional psychology, as a branch of psychology,makes the great development and progress in the nearly20years of reform and opening to theoutside. People are from misunderstanding of psychology to understand and identify with,then in accordance with the tools to solve problems in life.This study is based on the emotion psychology research to explain ubiquitous learningdifficulties in high school physics learning, from the emotional impact on cognition andevaluation, knowledge processing and multiple Angle explanation and put forward solutionstrategy. Individual education is as the supplement of outside school education, in theteaching process, which is based on the individual, and there is a lot of the operation activityin the process of their aptitude of the implementation. Emotion is a reflection of thought, andexpression is the explicit emotions, in the implementation of the individual education ismostly direct face to face communication. Communication and feedback are directlysynchronous, so it has higher request for individual educators. Because most students are intheir teenage years, then teacher mode changing according to the age characteristics in the teaching has a great influence on students’ cognition and information processing.Individual education has a large market demand, but it did not form a system of processindustry system, and personnel composition is very complicated, so between parents, studentsand educators choice has certain blindness. From the education needs of educators to solvethe negative emotions in the process of learning in the actual teaching, and to help studentsestablish positive emotions, realization of self-identity.
