As people living standard gradually improve, physical exercise more and more get people's attention, physical exercise has become a way of life of people. Numerous studies have found that exercise not only has a good fitness function, but also good healthy heart function. The study found that physical exercise to improve cognition, memory, reduce depression and anxiety and so on all have positive role. Studies of physical exercise psychological benefits by more and more people's attention.In recent years, more and more get of psychology, positive psychology, become a hotspot in the research of the psychology. The focus of psychological research of pathological studies from the past, also to the good psychological quality study of positive. About the relationship between physical exercise and a positive psychological quality research, the attention of the psychologists have also been exercise. Existing studies have found that physical exercise on depression and anxiety have obvious improvement effect, however, the mechanism of this improvement is not very clear. What is through direct reduce depression, anxiety to work? Or by adding positive emotions to work? Exercise physiology studies have found that exercise can make the brain to release an excitatory neurotransmitter dopamine, which make people feel happy feeling. Seems that exercise helps to enhance the role of positive emotions. However, studies of relationship between physical activity and positive emotions, it is less. This research wants to exercise and the relationship between positive emotions to explore, in order to do the answer to this question.This research adopts the Barbara Fred rick, develop the positive emotions self rating scale for measuring tool. Three different universities in chengdu 324 college students(male 194, female 130), according to its take part in physical exercise is divided into exercise group of 162 and the group of 162 subjects were analyzed. And the exercise and the exercise group, different exercise intensity and exercise program,positive emotions were compared between the results found that:1?exercise group was funny, respect, gratitude, hope and motivation, interest and happiness, love, pride, quiet and other positive emotions on the score higher than exercise group(p ? 0.01), and there are significant differences.2 ? from physical exercise time correlation analysis with the college students' positive emotions, the duration of exercise in addition to the quiet factor, there was no significant correlation between the duration of physical exercise and the other positiveemotions each factor has a significant correlation. That physical exercise to a certain extent, help to improve college students' positive emotions.3 ? from the physical exercise of exercise frequency analysis associated with positive emotions, positive emotions in a teasing, admiration and gratitude, hope and motivation, interest and happiness with the exercise of different frequencies into positive correlation. And on the positive emotions such as love, pride, quiet there was no significant correlation4 ? different exercise project for positive emotions influence of each factor is different, running, basketball, badminton of teasing, admire, hope, motivation, interest,happiness, love and proud to have a significant difference. But to appreciate, quiet, etc.There is no significant differences in positive emotions. Basketball team in teasing,motivation, happy, positive emotions such as love is higher than badminton group, in teasing, admiration, hope, motivation, interest, happiness, love and pride than running group. Badminton exercise in teasing, admire, want, motivation, interest, happy and proud than running on positive emotions.Men and women also found that exercise, different gender of positive emotions on the playful, motivation, interest and happiness have significant difference. But in respect, gratitude, hope, love, pride, quiet, etc. There is no shows a statistically significant positive emotions. The gender difference of college students' positive emotions also exist certain differences.Conclusion: physical exercise has obvious effects on positive emotions.
