The Action Research On Cultivating Adolescent’s Leadership

The present education attaches great importance to cultivate all abilities of teenagers, and amang all of abilities of teenagers, leadership is important ability of teenagers who need personal development. Youth leadership reflects comprehensive ability of teenagers, which means good organization ability, and monitor the execution of task better. As leadership is a comprehensive ability, the youth leadership develops,other abilities also be promoted. This study aims to find the main component of youth leadership, through designing the education of youth leadership development, and implementating the design to find something inportant.To train youth leadership, first,we need to know ingredients of youth leadership, so a part of this study is based on extracting the existing literature, then selecting teenagers from grade two and three in junior school to answer open questionnaire and interview research, thus extracting the main component of teenagers leadership.The second part of research is action research to train youth leadership, which is based on the main components of the youth leadership to correspond education activity design. Selecting teenergers form six classes among grade one in junior school,and designing six activity courses for these six classes, and introspection, research results show that:(1) Through literature reading, questionnaire and interviews,I found that adolescent leadership mainly contains five compositions,follow as communication, self adjusting ability, team cooperation, management and other factors(mainly uncontrolled factors).(2)After six times of mental health education training, the students’feedback is good, their leadership levels are increased at different degree. The experiments prove that courses about cultivating youth leadership can be carried out in high school, and its effect is good.
