According to our country’s current system of Olympic Games and athletes training, thequality of adolescent athletes in local sports schools determines the overall level of ourcountry’s competitive sports in the future. Therefore, to determine whether adolescentathletes’ satisfaction has mediate influence between coaches’ leadership styles and athletes’psychological fatigue, and to establish the relational model of the three variables, play animportant role in maintaining the psychological health of adolescent athletes, stabling theorganizational structure of youth sports team, and improving the results of trainings andcompetitions. This study selects180adolescent athletes in various sport events from thejunior high school of Chengde Sports School (average age is14.2and average training year is3.4), and uses the methods of literature data, questionnaire investigation and mathematicalstatistics. Before the Provincial Games, in group test, they finished Athlete’sTraining/Competition Satisfaction Scale, Coach’s Leadership Style Scale and ABQ. The172valid questionnaires are analyzed as descriptive statistics via SPSS19.0, and the studyprocesses the data by linear regression and Sobel Test, via the test procedure of mediatingeffect raised by WEN Zhong-lin. The conclusion is:1. the incidence of psychological fatiguein testees reaches67.44%, showing that the occurrence of psychological fatigue is of a certainuniversality, and that the issue of psychological health of adolescent athletes cannot beignored;2. the coaches’ leadership styles have a significant effect on the occurrence ofpsychological fatigue of adolescent athletes;3. the coaches’ leadership styles have asignificant effect on the satisfaction levels of adolescent athletes;4. the satisfaction levels ofadolescent athletes have a significant effect on their psychological fatigue;5. the satisfactionof adolescent athletes has mediate influence between coaches’ leadership styles and athletes’psychological fatigue, whose specific performances are: athletes’ satisfaction has completelymediate influence between coaches’ arbitrary leadership styles and athletes’ sport devaluation,has partial mediate influence between coaches’ democratic leadership styles and athletes’emotional/physical exhaustion, has partial mediate influence between coaches’ arbitraryleadership styles and athletes’ emotional/physical exhaustion, has partial mediate influencebetween coaches’ democratic leadership styles and athletes’ sport devaluation. The conclusionof this study has a guiding function for the construction of adolescent sports schools in ourcountry, and it could also be applied to the management of other adolescent sports teams, inorder to optimize the behavior of coaches, improve the satisfaction of adolescent athletes in trainings and competitions, and reduce athletes’ psychological fatigue. Relevant suggestionsbased on this contribute to improving the management level of adolescent sports schools andsports teams in our country, maintaining the psychological health of adolescent athletes, andimproving the overall quality of our country’s sports talent reserve.
