The school culture is the spiritual power and soul to lead a school development, to heritage andinnovative school culture is the mission of our educators.The highest state of the school management, cultural management, it determines the developmentdirection of the school and the teachers and students and members of the mental outlook and behavior. Inother words, the leadership of the school culture is a key factor to affect school survival and development.School culture is a direct impact on the healthy development of teachers and students is critical schoolculture to the survival and development of the school,school culture directly affects the survival anddevelopment of the school;school culture is an inevitable requirement to promote the implementation of thenew curriculum standards and to build a stable, growing,harmonious school.Maintain and stimulateschools vitality requirements of modern schools must pay attention to the problem of the construction ofthe school culture, but this is not an easy problem to solve.At present, most schools’ awareness on theconstruction of school is not strong enough, the position is not clear, the school culture did not play its duerole.Therefore, the construction of the school culture must draw the attention of the education departmentand school leaders.Construction of school culture is the requirements of teachers and students’ physical and mentalhealth,and survival and development of schools,and to promote the implementation of the new curriculumstandards, build a stable, harmonious school.The implementation of the new curriculum reform, teacherprofessionalization, the healthy development of the school, the school thought as the core culture of theschool has become more and more important, even affect the fate of the school. Hoping that the findingsprovide services and decision-making of the majority of primary and secondary schools, the educationdepartment.The research object of this study is the present situation of Dongguan S primary school culture casestudy,confirmed the important value of school culture construction on the healthy development of theschool, the research question is school culture, this study adopts the case study method and literaturemethod,t collected he first hand data through interview, group discussion, observation, documentcollection.In this paper, from the idea of idea culture; behaviour culture; material culture that threeaspects of school culture to narrate and describe, to present the connotation of the school culture and itsvalue and significance.And finally come to the conclusion of the study, put forward the connotation ofschool culture.The idea of idea culture; behaviour culture; material culture.School culture has established aSchool, leading the school role.This is a new research method of qualitative research in the study of schoolculture,are playing more and more important role.For many gaps in the field,it also need educators andresearch the further exploration and research.
