College Students’ Clean-ifngered Consciousness Of Educational Research

College students are the builders and successors of the socialism with Chinese characteristics,carrying with the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation. Strengthen the spirit of theeighteen college students honesty education is the study and implement the party’s central executive,"the establishment of a sound education, system, supervision of both punishment and prevention ofcorruption Implementation Outline"([2005]3) requirements, to further promote the construction ofa clean and honest administration needs, but also strengthen and improve ideological and politicaleducation, promoting adult talent the young students.This study uses empirical research paradigm, taking Shihezi University as a case study, usingthe method of questionnaire investigation, collect the related data, and the results were discussedand analyzed, to clarify the problems and causes, put forward rationalization proposal and thecountermeasure, to further strengthen the pertinence and effectiveness of the honesty education ofCollege students. Firstly, the research status at home and abroad from the comprehensive analysis,the college students honesty consciousness education related literature systematically, the researchpurpose and significance, and the research focuses on the relevant theoretical basis, clean-fingeredconsciousness education of College students. Secondly, as the focus of this study, a survey ofcollege students honesty education, and the use of persuasion and education theory model toconduct in-depth and detailed analysis on the investigation results, find out the existing incorruptconsciousness education in Colleges and universities in case of problems, and the problem ofattribution analysis.Study through research on the case, from the teachers’ team construction, self-education,clean-fingered consciousness education, the construction of campus culture construction in fouraspects, expounds the countermeasures to promote probity consciousness education of Collegestudents. Finally, to enhance students’ awareness of the effectiveness of honest advice, ideologicalconstruction as the guide, the college students’ honesty consciousness into the overall teaching planof University, and establish and perfect the related system construction, combined with the localadvantage of educational resources, creating a new model of University integrity awarenesseducation. The current sense of integrity education for college students began to receive attention,but honesty consciousness education work in a systematic and thorough degree to train qualifiedbuilders and reliable successors and party and national requirements and the practical needs ofbuilding a harmonious society is still a big gap between them. Only the students’ integrity awarenesseducation into the ideological and political education of college students and the universitypersonnel training system, make it become an integral part of the training system of CollegeStudents’ Ideological and political education and talent, can we truly achieve the "moral education"educational mission, as social culture have both ability and political integrity of personnel, thebuilding of a harmonious society and atmosphere.
