The Employment of higher vocational education is a hot and difficult issues of social concern. With the use of theory of ecology, especially the ecological balance theory to study vocational graduates employment ecological problems and their causes can be more reasonable to provide a theoretical basis for the employment of higher vocational education. The employment ecological balance of higher vocational education is a dynamic equilibrium, that is, mutual adaptation between the graduates,enterprises and employers, and the government, which can achieve mutual adaptation from the process of entering vocational education--graduating from college to a new batch of students into vocational education as Input-- Output-- feedback(enter)process to achieve higher vocational education employment ecological balance and healthy development.High employment rate of higher vocational education does not reflect the nature of its ecological balance. The ecological balance of higher vocational education means that the knowledge and skill of graduates can make them adapt to the needs of society,to meet individual career expectation thus to adapt the needs of the social development. Under these environment, each element can be competitive co-existed,and each subsystem can be coordinated developed, the whole dynamic balance system is full of vitality. Higher vocational education employment ecosystems is a dynamic,alternate system which regrades the relationship between graduates, employment and the environment as the core. Each ecological factor is relative and dynamic development, which is constant motion, change and development in balance--imbalance-- a new equilibrium. This paper studies the higher vocational education employment ecosystems at the macro level from “Subject and the Environment” this perspective of ecology theory, according the logical thinking” whether the ecosystem is balanced(current situation)-- “what is the ecosystem balance elements(ecological factors)-- how to achieve the balance of the ecosystem(adaption between the subjectand the environment)”.This study analyzed the current situation of higher vocational education Employment ecosystems from the four aspects of the employment system of higher vocational education: employment concept, employment system, employment structure and employment quality based on the status of employment of six vocational colleges in Hunan including 1,892 this year’s graduates and 624 previous graduates.This study is conducted by descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, independent sample T-test, Logistic binary regression on the impact of higher vocational education,etc. To analyze and explore the factors of the balance of employment ecosystem in higher vocational education. With the research methods, this study focuses on the analysis from the perspective of the subject and the environment, integrating the qualitative research methods with the theoretical thinking.The study firstly analyzed the interaction between the main body of higher vocational graduates employment and the employment concept environment. The graduates’ employment motive is influenced by the ecological interactions between the graduates and the concepts of school, family, social attitudes environment. This study finds that "Let everyone show their talents" concept of employment in vocational education environment needs to be optimized according to the survey“salary expectations of graduates”, “ideal employment position”and “value of employment”. Only actively adapt to the social employment environment for graduates and help them form ideal values of employment, try to make them adapt to the social needs and their occupation expectations, can it improve their immunity of foreign ideas, to achieve the balance between main body and the environment, so as to realize the balance of higher vocational education employment idea subsystem,optimizing the concept of higher vocational education employment environment.Then, the study revealed the interaction between the employment of graduates and the environment influenced by school personnel training and enterprise’s participates.This research found that through the graduate degree of job satisfaction, professional counterparts, the curriculum elements: the employment quality is decided by the school curriculum, practice situation of college and enterprises, students’ subjectiveefforts to achieve job competency.Acquiring necessary knowledge and skills, learning professional competence is the "normal state" of higher vocational education,otherwise it is difficult to guarantee the quality of employment of graduates in higher vocational education, then the higher vocational education employment quality subsystem will lose its balance, and the quality of higher vocational education employment environment will be deteriorated.The study analyzed the influence of graduates and employment system environment.It is found that through the analysis of the potential impact of the systems of the government, enterprises, and school employment system for graduates:the subsystem of Employment system is implemented in the mutual interaction between the recruitment system of enterprises, the employment system of government and schools.The unreasonable employment system is partly because of then implementation of the employment system of colleges and universities is not conducive to the individual growth of graduates, on the other hand, it is because business the unscientific talents selection system and the lack of long-term training mechanism. The ecological environment of employment system is the institutional guarantee of vocational education Employment ecosystems, which is the important decisive factor to make the graduates meet the demand of employment markets.On these bases, this study analyzed the employment subject and the employment environment on the supply and the demand. The ecology of the employment supply and demand of higher vocational education is under the influence of various factors embodied in the concept of employment, quality of employment, the employment system and other factors. The balance of the employment structure subsystem reflects the supply and demand of the whole employment groups and employers, and it also reflects the status of higher vocational education employment environment of supply and demand.Only a good grasp of the relationship between the subject and the surrounding environment between the graduates can it achieve the balance of the ecosystem in the process from inputting, transforming to outputting. Colleges, employers and government can co-build the ecological evaluation system taking employment qualityas the core factor by predicting ecological behavior, establishing early warning mechanisms for ecological monitoring of employment. On the basis of this, they can promote professional competence-oriented dynamic curriculum system construction,thus to create social attitudes ecosystem regarding employment value as the core.
