As one of the compulsory subjects for high school entrance examination,the solid ball is also one of the compulsory subjects for high school entrance examination.Solid ball,as one of throwing events,is a speed and force type event,which requires high quality of students' strength.At the same time,we found that the strength quality of middle school students is relatively poor,especially girls,in the solid ball project is not easy to achieve higher results.Some scholars' research shows that strength training occupies a higher position in throwing events and has a higher promoting effect on the special achievements of other throwing events.Therefore,the more effective strength training methods are selected and introduced into the solid ball teaching and training in middle schools,so as to improve the special performance of throwing solid ball in middle schools.According to the research needs,this paper USES three research methods of literature,expert interview and Delphi to find out the relatively suitable strength training methods and test indexes of the experiment for middle school students.The experimental method is used to prove that the strength training method can promote the special achievement and technique of throwing solid ball in high school.This study selected as experiment object,class two,grade eight divided into experimental group and control group,two groups of indicators before ensure the experiment had no significant difference on the premise of experiment,using the mathematical statistics method to data collection and analysis before and after the experiment,using independent sample t-test and paired sample t test data comparison,the experimental results,this research carries on the analysis discussion.Through comparative analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The experiment was carried out in groups,and boys and girls were compared separately.The experimental results showed that the strength training methods selected were better combined with the physical physiological characteristics of middle school students,and the strength training methods selected were basically applicable to middle school students.2.By adding the strength training methods selected in the training of the experimental group and conducting the training for 9 weeks,it was proved that the training methods selected had a great promoting effect on the performance of the ball before throwing.3.The research results show that the indicators of strength training methods selected in this paper are effective,and the training methods selected have a promoting effect on the technical level and special achievements of throwing solid balls in high school.The selected experimental test indexes are also reasonable,which can better reflect the role of the selected strength training methods in throwing the solid ball.
