With the development of eduation,people increasely demand for teachers,theteachers face so much pressure,job burnout have most percent in teachers,so,there aremany scholars began to study in country and outside,job burnout was first sed by theAmerican scientist Freudenberger in1974,then,so many scholars studied job burnoutfor teachers,today,job burnout for teachers has became a hot topic in every country.Research methods of this thesis mainly used questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics, logical analysis, and using the modified Maslach-ES scale ofNanchang City, Jiangxi province15public secondary schools75teachers occupationburnout phenomenon to be studied, various factors affecting the analysis Jiangxiprovince Nanchang City Public School Teachers Occupation Burnout and on thisbasis, to provide some guiding significance and guiding role for the PE teachers, andprovide a reference for the perfection of Jiangxi province public middle schoolphysical teachers and management. The survey results show that:(1) the overallsituation of Nanchang City, Jiangxi province public secondary school physicaleducation teachers have a number of people occupation burnout, and occupationburnout has reached a certain degree of.(2) according to the gender, female teachersis higher than that of male teachers. Physicaleducation teachers should know occupation burnout, improve their learning initiative,learn self-regulation, the occupation burnout degree is reduced to the minimum, toensure that the physical health, mental health, job satisfaction. PE teachers shouldactively participate in various activities, relationships, raise expectations incommunication, slow down the occupation burnout.
