"The heterogeneous classes " is suitable for the majority of teachers’professional development demand by taking classroom as the teaching research sites and taking comparative research as a breakthrough point. It can provide various developmental stages for teachers to provide development space and platform, so it is popular to teachers. According to the recent investigation, the vast majority of the teachers are satisfied or very satisfied with the teaching mode for" the heterogeneous class ". It is generally believed that" the heterogeneous class " isomerism can greatly promote the development of teaching ability.This thesis combine the practical activity by the chemistry group from Zhangshu No.3Middle School in Jiangxi which launched the " the heterogeneous class " school-based teaching and research practice for observation. Through the case analysis and the discussion of the chemistry teaching in senior high school with "the heterogeneous class" teaching mode to promote the development and the enlightenment of the teachers’ teaching ability in the middle school chemistry.This thesis is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction. It mainly explains the background of the selected topic, the domestic and foreign research status, research methods and ideas to the teachers’ teaching ability.The second part focuses on the research about the teachers’ teaching ability. It mainly explains the meaning and the structure of teaching ability. It also explains that high school chemistry teachers should have the teaching ability to build the theoretical basis of the high school chemistry teachers’ teaching ability.The third part is about the research practice of "the heterogeneous class". School of chemical research group launches the activities with " the heterogeneous class" through long-term practice. Then by participating in the activities of the chemistry teachers questionnaire and interviews, we gain the understanding and learning experience of teachers in " the heterogeneous class " under the activity of teaching. Finally, combined with the practice, we analyse the contact between "the same class heterogeneous" and the development of teachers’ teaching ability. Thus we put forward the important role which "the same class isomerism" play in the promotion of teaching ability development. In the course of the study, focusing on this kind of teaching method " the heterogeneous class ", which teaching ability will be developed for teachers? How to achieve the development?The fourth part focuses on the promoting effect of" the heterogeneous classes " on the teachers’teaching ability development and put forward the construction of meaning by carrying out "with heterogeneous class" activities. To ensure that " the heterogeneous class "plays the promoting effect of teachers’ teaching ability development.
