As a comparison method of teaching and research, the heterogeneous classes in the context of the practice of teaching to daily teaching problems as an entry point to the actual case-based, bringing together a wealth of educational resources and exploring new channels for professional development of teachers. At the same time, with a heterogeneous class teaching and research activities to build a bridge between schools, bringing together more outstanding teachers, combined with peer coaching and leading experts to improve the conduct of the same class of heterogeneous activities, with the majority of heterogeneous classes teachers provide learning opportunities and places, making high-quality educational resources to benefit more teachers. Different school teachers to establish contact through the same class of heterogeneous activities for teachers to expand the idea of teaching; continuously optimize and improve teaching methods makes education teaching and research deepening promote continuous professional development of teachers.This study was elaborated on the basis of teachers’ professional development theory, the author by participating in the same class of heterogeneous activities, analyzed and compared of teaching cases, combined with excellent teachers and expert reviews and recommendations for a comprehensive of teaching cases understanding and interpretation. Through questionnaires and interviews, get on with more real and detailed the lesson content from the Experienced teachers and experts to enrich the study of the same class of heterogeneous activities.Research found that by the same class of heterogeneous activities, expanded the path to effective cooperation between teachers, After analyzed teaching cases by outstanding classroom teachers and specialists, teachers learn to look at a lesson from a different perspectives, to design a lesson, and a fine. Participation of teachers can continue to learn new teaching inspiration, broaden teaching ideas, and constantly promote teacher professional self-improvement and development, and has accumulated a wealth of high quality teaching materials. The study found that many teachers only as a learner to participate in activities, did the same lesson as the isomerization activity class teachers, teacher participation process also often occur on the inside of the lack of resources, leaders should be more emphasis on school-related activities carry out, to provide teachers with the opportunity to learn and communicate, to encourage teachers to participate in activities.In exchange to discuss the process of learning and constantly promote the professional development of teachers.
