The promulgation of the Preschool Teacher Professional Standards puts forward higher requirements for Preschool teachers' professional level.With the increase of the number of kindergarten and novice teachers,novice teachers' professional level is worrying,which seriously restricts their professional development and the improvement of the quality of nursery education.As a form of teaching and research activities,the heterogeneous classes play an important role in the professional development of teachers,especially for the novice teachers.The study on the influences of the heterogeneous classes on the professional development of novice teachers is of great significance to promote the professional development of novice teachers and improve the quality of nursery education.This study adopts such research methods as literature analysis method,observation method,questionnaire survey and interview.First,the types and characteristics of the heterogeneous classes are concluded from the related literature;and then the teaching and research activities with heterogeneous classes are observed in the Tianshui T kindergarten;then 34 novice teachers engaged in the heterogeneous classes participate in the questionnaire survey,and 10 novice teachers with different seniority and a director in the teaching and research office are chosen to have an interview;finally the influence of the heterogeneous classes on the novice teachers' professional development in the kindergarten are summariHed through the results of the questionnaires and interview.The study has found out that the heterogeneous classes in the kindergarten have a positive effect on the professional development of novice teachers in the professional concept and teachers' ethics,professional knowledge and professional ability.And the specific conclusions are presented as follows: to promote the novice teachers to deepen understanding of the occupation;to change the attitude and behavior towards nursery education;to enhance personal morals and growth behavior;to increase children's development knowledge and education knowledge;to expand general knowledge;to effectively carry out the arrangements and implementation of educational activities;to evaluate and incentive scientifically;to communicate and cooperate initiatively;to reflect and develop actively and effectively.However,in the implementation of the heterogeneous classes,there also exist some unfavorable factors affecting novice teachers' professional development.These factors include lack of the guidance of expertise and advanced education concept,the insufficient of basic literacy of novice teachers as well as the inappropriate evaluation way of the novice teachers.Finally,the heterogeneous classes in the kindergarten bring some beneficial suggestions on the novice teachers' professional development,such as improving the awareness of professional development and making professional development planning;enhancing the teachers' basic literacy in different forms;promoting cooperation and exchanges between the new teachers by establishing the learning community;enhancing the effectiveness of experts' guidance using the method of “bring in and send out”;establishing teaching evaluation mode and reasonable incentive and scientific evaluation and expanding diversified activities by using modern information technology,.On the basis of the above,the heterogeneous classes based on the practice of the kindergarten can get sublimation under the guidance of basic theory on teachers' professional development.And this can improve the professional level of novice teachers,better promote the professional development of teachers group,and finally improve the quality of nursey education.
