Happiness is the human eternal pursuit, material production is the basis of human survival and development, and labor is the essence and the creator. Marx’s view of happiness as the inner perception of happiness and external labor combination, put forward the positive point of view in the labor workers can get happiness experience. However, in the past a long period of time, labor alienation, which became the subject consciousness, people have become the initiative, while labor alienation results, achievement makes these people create labor oppressed, workers often in labor can not experience happiness.Now in China, some workers over labor issues have become increasingly prominent. As the most important school human resources, education alienation problems directly lead to high school teachers to work on the problem of considerable pressure. Occupation characteristics, under middle school teachers as well as the environment and background, which leads to their fatigue. With the new curriculum reform and increase the intensity of the college entrance examination independent proposition, more and more high school teachers in psychology and physiology showed different degrees of fatigue phenomenon.
