Career guidance begins with the education of school and develops with the end of the career development, is a long and complex systems engineering. Whatever from the theoretical or practical level, the contents of career guidance are very rich. It should not only be answered by whom the employment guidance, but also should be answered what to guide and how to guide.With the enrollment of universities, more and more students are facing the problem of employment. However, as the pillars of society, the successful employments of students are closely related to the country’s development and social progress. Such situation must require employment guidance mode of the universities make some changing.In order to adapt the new situation of facing university employment, further deepen the reform of university employment, improve the effect of career guidance, and promote the healthy and orderly development of university employment, it is very necessary to update the teaching philosophy of career guidance courses, to create a strong curriculum system, and to make university employment guidance in the direction of scientific, specialized, professional and expert.This paper put Ningxia university students as the research object, through the questionnaire survey, analyzed a series problem of the Ningxia university students in the employment process. Then combined with the existing employment guidance of Ningxia university courses, research situation of the employment guidance course and relevant curriculum theory, on the basis of literature method, questionnaire survey method and action research method, designed the "college students’ employment guidance" course teaching system and gives the corresponding teaching cases.Studies have found that Ningxia university students are short of knowledge on the understanding of self, social and professional. Accordingly, career guidance should start as early as possible and get the "problem" from the survey. Focus on changing students’ idea, understanding professional obtain employment, giving full play to the advantages of professional role in the social development and improve the future social demand for talent and self-understanding, social-understanding. What’s more, help students to set up the correct outlook on life, values and professional view, clear study purpose and significance of the learning attitude, establish learning confidence, improve their professional skills constantly, try to make the students adapt to the economic development and improve professional quality and ability at the same time.Besides this paper with "Dick-Carey" teaching systematic design model as the theoretical basis, using the model of "college students’ employment guidance" course teaching design from seven aspects, namely, teaching objectives, teaching target, teaching content, learning tasks, learning resources, learning strategies, and curriculum evaluation, then verify the effectiveness of the design of this course on the basis of the teaching practice.
