"Excellence Engineer Education And Training Program"Student Work Research In The Field Of Ecological Philosophy

With the gradual improvement of the socialist market economic system, China’s rapid development of higher education in the gradual deepening of the higher education system. In2010, jointly by the Ministry of Education to the relevant departments and industry associations will jointly implement the "Excellence Engineer Education and Training Program". It is our traditional higher education and an in-depth reform attempt. In the face of a new education model, students work hard to meet the needs of the development of the situation, must be reformed with new ideas and innovation.Since the beginning of the21st century, ecological philosophy as a crisis of the grim reality of the ecological environment of contemporary philosophy interface, to reflect on the relationship between man and nature and looking forward to the philosophy of human survival and development prospects in a series of activities to enhance morphology, are generated in all aspects of human life a certain significance. Ecological philosophy is applied to the study of higher education management practice in the ascendant.In this paper, the philosophical perspective of ecological study and explore the road of innovation of the students’ work for Excellence Plan. Interpretation of Excellence Program students Ecology content analysis of the "value orientation","activities state" and "interpersonal" impact factors, and explore the interaction between them. Pointed out that there are holistic and ecological characteristics of students working in the Excellence Plan. Also students work under the specific ways and means of Excellence Scheme of the two areas from the ideological and political education and student management. I hope for the first time in September2013into the training of the "Excellence Initiative" to provide some guidance.
