At present,our country is at the stage of reinvigorating China through human resource development,building a team of excellence teachers is the key to improve the quality of personnel training.To develop in line with the economic development and social needs of basic education of outstanding teachers,the Ministry of Education decided to launch “the excellence teacher training plan”in September 2014.General office of the ministry of education determined East China Normal University “the outstanding middle school teachers of cultivation of DE industry open cultivation plan” and others together 80 excellent teacher training plans to reform project in December 2014.According to the ministry of education of the ministry of education file spirit and conforming to the trend in reform of teacher education in normal colleges,Hubei Normal University had been carrying out “Excellence teacher training program” in each of the departments of teachers' professional to promote the cultivation of innovative talents in 2015.This paper will be with domestic colleges and universities in recent years “ Excellent teacher training plan” as the background,analyzes the Hubei Normal University “outstanding teacher training plan” the implementation of the present situation and thinks the problems in the process of its implementation to explore the local normal colleges and universities “excellent teacher training plan” realistic strategy,then supplies valuable suggestions and methods for the local normal colleges and universities.Accordingly,the article is based on Hubei Normal University,it takes Bergson's life philosophy,teacher's professional development and teacher specialization development as the theories instruction,using literature review,questionnaire method,interview method and observation method and other research methods,from six parts to discuss.In the first part,reviewed the topic source and the related studies,clearing the direction and purpose of this study,expounded the research method of this study,the research significance,research ideas,etc.In second part,defining the relevant concepts,clearing the relevant content of this study.In third part,elaborates the theoretical basis of this research,analysis the enlightenment of Bergson's life philosophy and teacher's professional development and teacher specialization development for excellence teacher training.In fourth part,elaborating “outstanding teacher training plan” the implementation of the present situation of Hubei Normal University,to extract the effective ways and means to cultivate outstanding teachers.In fifth part,through the questionnaire survey method and interview method to understand the curriculum of “outstanding teacher class” and students' teaching ability,and to realize the effect of “outstanding teacher training plan”.Analyzing the problems in the plan.In six part,putting forward the corresponding strategy in allusion to the problems that exist in the “outstanding teacher training plan” the implementation of the present situation of Hubei Normal University.
