Research On The Status And Countermeasures Of The Students’ Training In Vocational And Technical Normal Colleges

Teacher is the first resource, core elements and fundamental power of education.The students’ quality of vocational and technical normal colleges is very important,it has significant relationship with the development of the vocational and technicalnormal colleges, with the teachers’ quality of vocational education, with the futureof billions students in vocational school. Therefore, the training quality of student invocational and technical normal colleges is a very important subject for us to study.Based on the investigation and analysis, we find the real problems of the students’training in vocational and technical normal colleges. On the basis of the conclusionof predecessors and the other successful experiences, we put forward some targeted、relatively reasonable and feasible solutions to the problems in this paper. We hopethese Suggestions are helpful to the students’ training in vocational and technicalnormal colleges. We also hope that it can drive the scholars to do more research andfind more problems on teachers’ training of vocational education. If we do that well,the vocational education will be healthy, harmonious and sustainable.This paper includes five chapters.Chapter1: introduces the current research in domestic and foreign, the purpose,the significance and the research methods, and defines the related concepts.Chapter2:Theoretical basis for the importance, methods of the students’ training.Chapter3: introduces the history and basic information of the vocational andtechnical normal colleges. Compared the current situation with the history, weSummarize the characteristics of these colleges.Chapter4: According to the questionnaire survey and interview, we analysis theproblems of the students’ training in vocational and technical normal colleges fromthree aspects: the student、the teacher and the college.Chapter5: Proposes the countermeasure from the following aspects: strengthenthe students’ guide, improve the quality of the teachers, develop school-basedtextbooks, set up reasonable curriculum, strengthen students’ practice ability and soon.
