| This article takes the postgraduate Award System for Vocational and Technical Normal Colleges as research object,through analyzing the relationship between postgraduate student award system and the quality of postgraduate education to finding problems in existing postgraduate student award system settings,and put forward the measures to improve the postgraduate student award system for Vocational and Technical Normal Colleges.There are six main sections in this article,The first part elaborates the issue and its background,review of literature research at home and abroad,definition of related concepts and research ideas and methods;The second part elaborates the theoretical foundation of the postgraduate student award system,Including the policy evolution of the postgraduate student award system,theoretical basis for the construction of postgraduate student assistance system,the function analysis of the postgraduate student award system and put forward the hypothesis of this article;The third part analysis of the composition,development and characteristics of the postgraduate student award system for the postgraduate student of a Vocational and Technical Normal Colleges in Jiangxi;The fourth part is the establishment of quality evaluation index system and evaluation equation of the postgraduate student of Vocational and Technical Normal Colleges;The fifth part analyses the correlation between the postgraduate student award and the quality of the postgraduate student of Vocational and Technical Normal Colleges;The sixth part puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the postgraduate student award system for Vocational and Technical Normal Colleges.The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between the quality of the Vocational and Technical Normal Colleges postgraduate and the scholarships and the assistant of researching and the assistant of managing,The other is there is no significant relationship between the quality of the Vocational and Technical Normal Colleges postgraduate and the assistant of teaching.On the basis of these conclusions,we propose the main measures for improving the postgraduateaward system for Vocational and Technical Normal Colleges.The first one is to strengthen the hierarchy of the scholarships and set up a diversified form of award to help the development of“Dual-qualified”talent cultivation.The second one is to reinforce the work of “three-assistance” and highlight the "Professional,Academic,Normal" of Vocational Normal Education.The third one is Strengthen the industry-university-research cooperation,and broaden funding channels. |
