| Local normal colleges in Guangxi has made some achievements on teachers’training, cultivate a large number of backbone teachers, establish the training network system, strengthen the construction of high-level personnel teams, but there are still some problems, such as lack of knowledge of life-long education; Normal colleges’ development scale and teacher’training have the obvious contradiction between supply and demand; Development problems such as insufficient funds investment. The problem of their training in local normal colleges in Guangxi which remains in a poor state, does not raise problem which a rise in training and related in a poor so as to accelerate the efforts for training the teachers.This paper mainly has the main point on teacher professional development theory,study on teacher’training present situation of normal colleges in Guangxi and make corresponding countermeasures on the problems of the teacher’ training,in order to promote the full realization of the goal of development strategy on normal colleges in Guangxi and meet the needs of social development. To solve this problem, this paper mainly collects the information through the literature review and questionnaire method, for this problem the article is divided into four parts to analyze.The first part is the introduction which is mainly elaborating the background of this research, the significance, the ideas, the methods and the conclusions of the study both in and abroad. And it also defined the related concepts in the article.The second part analyses the teachers’ training of local normal colleges in Guangxi.The third parts of this article is based on the theory of teacher professional development, and make the questionnaire on "the normal colleges and universities in Guangxi teacher education teacher questionnaire", Guangxi normal university, Guangxi Teachers Education University, Guangxi Yulin Normal College and Guangxi National Teachers University were investigated, through data analysis of the main problem and the reasons of the surveyed teachers training.The fourth part, we put forward to resolve the many problems from the three levels of universities, government, teachers on teacher’training of normal colleges in Guangxi. |
