We China is a multi-ethnic country. Since the establishment of the new China, under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party, 56 nationalities, advancing hand in hand in the same boat, have gained magnificent achievements in the course of reforming and opening-up. However, along with the constantly developing forward of economic society, as well as the changes in the international and domestic situation, a variety of reformation for the internal and foreign policy has correspondingly taken place, among which establishing the Inland Senior Class from The Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region ("Inland seniors"for short) is an inevitable outcome to adapt to the new development.Situated in the northwest, Xinjiang is always the key strategic defense in the history of China; at the same time, as an entrance to central Asia, west Asia, south Asia and Europe, it is also playing an important role in the opening-up reform. Multiple nations living in the same concentrated community, multiple religions existing side by side, and abound in natural resources, it has a special important position to the sustainable development of our country. In addition, the anti-separation struggle in Xinjiang has been in existence for a long time. Therefore, it is of great value to establish the Inland Senior Class from Xinjiang. Under the effective education and management, the selected students from Xinjiang are trained into qualified talents, who will make great contributions to maintaining the harmonious steady of Xinjiang as well as the whole country.The research has been carried out, intended for the unity and prosperity of our country. It aims to find out a better way to perfect the teaching and the management of the Inland Senior Class from Xinjiang. Meanwhile, it is designed for an effective way to deal with the problems related to the mental health of the Inland Seniors.The research, mainly taking the students from Inland Senior Class in Qingdao No.66 high school as the study object, is carried on in various forms, such as interview, questionnaire, case analysis and so on. With the scientific management and proper guidance, we make great efforts to settle the psychological problems existing in the Inland Seniors and to achieve the anticipated goal.The essay develops in the following ways:Chapter I expounds the background and significance of the establishment of the Inland Senior Class from Xinjiang. The geographical position, the characteristics of the national habitation, population and the present education situation, together with the rich resource and the national strategy to develop western regions in Xinjiang set forth the reality and the necessity of setting up this kind of inland classes. Chapter II introduces the general circumstance of the Inland Senior Class from Xinjiang in Qingdao No. 66 high school and the strategy used in the teaching and management, including the process of undertaking the task and the present survey of the Inland seniors in our school.Chapter III is on the systematic thorough research on the way to solve the problems concerned with their psychology. The Inland seniors are in urgent need for psychological instructions, and the puzzles from their communication and their mood have a great effect on their study and life. So we combine all the phenomenon with modern pedagogy and psychology to develop effective methods of dealing with the problems above.Chapter IV is on the two aspects: one is our intervention in their mental problems and the other is our strategy dealing with their psychology. With advanced education idea, we put forward multi-culture education to the students, and provide comprehensive instruction for all the students.Chapter V is about the challenges from four aspects: first, the thoughts, the goal, the policy and the strategy for the class. Second, the integrity and science of the network and system of the management. Third, the leadership of moral education and humanism. Forth, continuous development of the teaching in accordance with their aptitude.Chapter VI is about the introduction to preliminary result and makes it clear what should be paid attention to in running the Inland Senior Class from Xinjiang, from the aspects of the superior's direction, right political direction and public opinion, teaching staff, scientific management and all the social support.Along with the development of the Inland Senior Class from Xinjiang, the research will be carried on effectively in the teaching management and the mental health education.
