Held in the mainland high school class in Xinjiang, it is the Party Central Committee,the State Council look far ahead from a high plane, in order to further speed up theXinjiang minority talents training work, accelerate the "western development" and "thestrategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education", from the point of viewof the future development of Xinjiang and the long period of stability of the overallsituation, make full use of the mainland economy, education, culture and languageadvantage, cultivating a talent the implementation of the start. And specifically theXinjiang class school, not only face the education and teaching management of explorationtask, also face the psychological status of Xinjiang students understanding of training andgood psychological quality of the task.This topic in modern psychology and the concept of the new curriculum, the researchresults of domestic and foreign similar or similar subject, from the local high schoolsimilar to the election and Xinjiang class, using Measurement Science (SCL-90),compared to the test from the level of intellectual development, psychological health level,reasoning ability, etc., by means of case investigation, questionnaire, interview, test, acomprehensive study of history and present situation of the research object, study on theinfluence factors of improving students’ psychological quality.This paper is divided into four parts, the first part of the analysis of the psychologicalcharacteristics of Xinjiang class students; the second part is the comparison between thecultural differences, the third part analyses the present situation of the University ofXinjiang students, the fourth part specifically from two aspects and puts forward measuresfor improvement, and through the teaching practice fully verify.Practice has proved, in case the means of investigation, questionnaire investigation,interview, testing, to a certain extent, the factors affecting the students’ psychologicalquality. Based on these factors to explore the ways and measures of quality training, provides some operational advice and training for the other Xinjiang class education.
