With the rapid development of e-commerce,the development of the express delivery industry has ushered in new development opportunities, especially in the first-and second-tier cities. However, due to the work requirements, occupational characteristics and corporate system of the express delivery industry, there are voluntary or forced overtime or super-strength work situations, resulting in the consequences of excessive labor of express delivery workers, and even the phenomenon of overwork death.Without control and intervention,it will inevitably have a negative impact on social development.Based on this, this paper analyzes and studies the problem of overwork in the e-commerce express delivery staff in Beijing. This paper draws on the “Self-diagnosis Questionnaire for Workers' Fatigue Accumulation” issued by the Ministry of Health,Labor and Welfare of Japan, and combines the work characteristics of couriers in the context of e-commerce in China, and revise the specific assessment contents and expressions, formulate specific indicators and build The labor judgment system designed a survey questionnaire on the work of Beijing couriers.Using the surveyed data to descriptive statistics of the individual characteristics of Beijing couriers, based on the constructed overwork assessment system, the courier's overwork conditions were investigated, and the individual characteristics of the couriers were based on the overworked conditions.One-way analysis of variance was performed with occupational characteristics, and samples were selected for regression analysis of influencing factors of overwork;in order to verify the effectiveness of the constructed overwork assessment system, the consequences of overwork were analyzed, and the fourth part of the questionnaire was correlated.Analysis, screening out significant factors such as employee turnover tendency,work-related physical and mental exhaustion, negative work attitude, lower quality of life, poor health, and then ordered multi-class Logistic regression for the significant factors selected, through which The OR value estimates the probability ratio of the overworked condition to its outcome;the verification of the constructed excessive labor assessment system is effective.Combining the previous one-way analysis of variance and the influencing factors of the fifth part of the questionnaire, the hypothesis is put forward, and the binary logistic regression is performed on the influencing factors of the hypothetical courier overwork, and the marginal contribution of each influencing factor to the overwork of the courier is calculated. On the basis of the analysis of influencing factors, combined with the data of in-depth interviews, the mechanism of excessive labor of Beijing couriers is analyzed from the macro level, meso level and micro level. Finally, based on the results of the above empirical analysis,we propose to provide accurate policy recommendations for improving the overwork of couriers from three aspects: government, enterprises and society.
