In1992mathematics syllabus issued by the state, on the basis of the"three ability", added the "use knowledge to solve simple practicalproblem"; Outline in1996, outside of the "three ability" proposed"gradually cultivate the ability to analyze and solve practical problems";Remove the outline2002"develop step by step","ability to solve practicalproblems directly. Along with the social economy the development of scienceand technology, mathematics application in all aspects of the value is moreand more attention. But at present our country mathematics applicationability is very weak. Because not many people take a fancy to mathematicsof application, don’t know exactly how effective mathematics in all aspectsof life, they always take mathematics as a curriculum subject only, andnot know the value of mathematics in real life.Stressed:"mathematicscourse standard" in our country, in mathematics teaching should focus ondeveloping the students’ application consciousness; Through abundantexamples introducing mathematical knowledge, guide students to usemathematics knowledge to solve practical problems, through the process ofexploration, problem solving, mathematics application value. Help studentsrecognize that mathematics relevant to me about real life, math is useful,I want to use math, I can use my math.[1]Through investigation that junior high students’ mathematicsapplication consciousness and ability is generally weak, students learnmathematics applied to real life cases are also very few. Mathematicsapplication ability is weak because according to the survey are as follows:(1) don’t like math word problems, does not fear math word problems.(2)teachers and teaching material of math enough attention (3) the mathematicsapplication consciousness weak (4) are not good at mathematics modeling.Liberal arts life, compared to liberal arts majors more afraid ofmathematical word problems, there is no mathematical modeling experience.Applied mathematics in life consciousness is very weak, not good at findmath problems in their lives. School of science living in these areas is not very good at it.For mathematics application ability is weak, the authortake the following measures:(1) to cultivate students’ interest inmathematics application (2) to cultivate students’ innovative and practiceability of training students’ mathematical modeling (3) you. By changingthe traditional way of teaching, the introduction of life around actualcase. Let the students realize mathematics is beside us, mathematicsoriginates from life to life. And guide students to learn mathematicalknowledge, mathematical thought and mathematical skills applied to theactual production in the life, do it to practice.
