Urbanization has has become a global trend, urbanization is a measure of the development level of a region or even country, urbanization not only with economic development and promote each other, and also brings great influence to education and plays the important role, at the same time, the improvement of education also boost regional urbanization, improve the level of urbanization. Therefore, in the process of urbanization, should give full play to the service function of education, because education should be the the first, improving the level of education and the quality of education, the cultivation of high-qualitytalentsis not only a key task for accelerating the process of urbanization, the development of education will also serve as the backbone of boosting urbanization become strong guarantee of development of regional economy and agricultural production. Preschool education as the foundation stage of education system, play an important role on the development of human life. Pre-school education stage not only for young children’s physical and mental development, healthy personality forming, and has important role in the development of life in the future, also relationship between the social harmony and stability. Therefore, preschool education development in the research of regional urbanization overall education development have important theoretical and practical significance.As a pilot project of urbanization in heilongjiang province, the four counties (cities) along the Ussuri faced with the opportunities and dedemands brought about by the urbanization into the development of the education, the four counties (cities) along the Ussuri should use there geographical position, policy guidance, financial support and other aspects of development conditions and development strengths to accelerate the develo but also brought development opportunities for the development of the preschool education. the four counties (cities) along the Ussuri river in the urbanization process should take advantage of its geographical location, policy guidance and financial support of development condition and development advantages to speed up the development of pre-school education, preschool education in the guarantee quality.In this study, on the basis of a large number of literature, through field investigation, sampling investigation and case interview, investigated the whole development of education and development present situation of pre-school education in four counties (cities), Mishan,Hulin, Raohe and Fuyuan.Emphatically analyzed the development of education, especially the present situation and deficiency of preschool education in the four counties (cities) along the Ussuri,according to the actual development of pre-school education,combined with the development policies and supportting advantages of government which is the focus of the development of the four counties (cities) along the Ussuri in Heilongjiang Province,give the new requirements for the development of preschool in view of the urbanization in the four counties (cities) along the Ussuri, put forward the development conception of pre-school education in the four counties (cities) along the Ussuri, form several suggestions which should benefit the pre-school education of the four counties (cities) along the Ussuri in the future planning and development,aiming to further speed up the overall development of preschool education in the four counties (cities) along the Ussuri, improve the quality of pre-school education and promote the urbanization process, in order to provide the oretical basis of the development of pre-school education for the urbanization process of our country.The thesis consists of five parts,The first part, introduction.Mainly describes the research background and research origin of the research,clarcify the research purpose and research significance of this research,illustrate research ideas and research methods,put forward the appropriate definition to the related contentfrom the perspective of this research.The second part,present situation of preschool education development for the urbanization process in four counties (cities) along the Ussuri.Through on-the-spot investigation and purpose of the interview,sorting, induction and analysisthe investigation data and relevant case study and interview data,comprehensively understandof the basic situation and development status of preschool education in four counties (cities) along the Ussuri from the government management and investment,the development of teachers,kindergarten development and other aspects.The third part,the urbanization put forward the new request to the development of preschool educationin four counties (cities) along the Ussuri. Under the background of accelerating the urbanization process, through the analysis of a vast amount of literature papers at the beginning of the study and education on the spot investigation, and research to master the conditions and requirements of economy, agricultural development along with urbanization development in the four counties (cities) along the Ussuri.The fourth part,development advantages of preschool education in the four counties (cities) along the Ussuri for the urbanization process. the four counties (cities),Mishan,Hulin, Raohe and Fuyuan,existing development advantages and characteristics in common in geographical environment,human resources,policy support,economic development,but also have their respective characteristics for development and their own characteristics for accelerate the pace for development. of the preschool education.The fifth part, the development conception of preschool education for urbanization process in the four counties (cities) along the Ussuri.From a macro point of view,Regard the current situation and problems of the development of preschool education as the breakthrough point,combined with the conditions and advantages in the development of preschool education in Mishan City,Hulin City,Raohe county and Fuyuan County,puts forward some strategic conceptions for the development of preschool education from the perspectives of government responsibility, kindergartens function in the four counties (cities) along the Ussuri.
