Study On The Coordinative Development Betweenregional Urbanization And Eco-environment In Typical Oasis City Of The Northern Slope Of Tian Shan Mountain

As a large population in city areas, human society economic, political, scientific, and cultural development to a certain stage of the product. the development of urbanization will affect the degree of the deterioration of ecological environment, the protection of the natural environment is having a negative effect on urbanization process. Superior natural environment conditions give good displaying spaces to urbanization, if the ecological environment is destroyed, the trend of development of the urbanization will fall behind. Nowadays, the development of urbanization has increased rapidly from the current situation, exploring the coordination degree between urbanization and ecological environment has been more and more attention.Based on the cities of the typical oasis cities in the north slope of Tianshan mountain,I have selected the Karamay that is full of representative resource and Shihezi that is famous for its agriculture and light industry. According to the empirical study on the interaction mechanism between urbanization and ecological environment, it has proved that urbanization and ecological environment have close connection. After analyzing much more literature, I choose some indexes which can reflect the reality of urbanization typically, and the indexes of ecological environment will choose from this way, the indexes which are chose may build a system of urbanization and ecological environment. Through the operation, the results have obtained, which are the coordination degree between urbanization and ecological environment about Karamay and Shihezi from 2000-2012, these results are analyzed and contrasted according to the different types and function of two cities, the biggest index which contribute biggest influence to the relationship between urbanization and ecological environment may be obtained, with the principal component is put forward in the view of the two cities to improve urbanization and ecological environment coordinated development of the construction opinion and suggestion.There are some following constructions from this study:Firstly, the mechanism of interaction urbanization and ecological environment has differentiated, creating the recycled mechanism of action of urbanization and ecological environment is being the focus of coordination. The interaction in internal and external makes the system run properly, based on the analysis of the interaction, the characteristics of urbanization and ecological environment development in Shihezi city of Karamay are summarized.Secondly, the mechanism of interaction urbanization and ecological environment, the key problem to coordinate the relationship between urbanization and ecological environment is establishing the recycle mechanism of action urbanization and ecological environment, only the force of internal and external differentiate strongly can make the interaction operate perfectly. Cross each other,mutual connection and restriction of power will eventually become an integrated dynamic system, it will promote the coordinate the development of urbanization and ecological environment through the reasonable combination and operation mode.Finally, through analyzing the data about the coordination development of urbanization and ecological environment and the main influence factors, the results conclude the present coordination degree in urbanization and ecological environment are not the same in different years, connecting with the urban industry present situation, the main body of urban development, its main problems, through calculating the main influence factors from urbanization and ecological environment about two cities, according to the different coordination degree of the city and the main influence factors, the constructive and operable suggestion and opinions are put forward to contribute for typical oasis cities to make new suggestion about urbanization and ecological environment coordinated development.
