With the improvement of people’s living standard, the demand to the environment is increasing, the environmental issues, along with the increase of population, the development of the society, is more diverse types, the situation is even more complicated. Main show is environmental problems,such as the greenhouse effect, the ozone hole, acid rain, el Nino and la Nina, biological diversity reduce forest area reduce,water loss and soil erosion,desertification and so on. In today’s world, the problem of environment and development has become a common global concerning problem. The earth is the only home for human to survive, only if the earth at its best, we can get better survival and development. Therefore, environmental education is imminent.In order to understand how the student environmental protection consciousness, the questionnaire in middle school students can show the level of middle school students (?) environmental protection consciousness to some extent. Through the statistical analysis of the questionnaire, the level of environmental awareness is not high now, environmental education needs to be strengthened, in the geography class, the teacher should infiltration necessary environmental consciousness to the students, to achieve the purpose of infiltration education in geography class, this paper discusses specific application of some teaching means, the teaching means include the teaching method, the demonstration method, conversation method, case analysis method, discussion method and so on. Further analysis shows that the Strengthen in environmental education is helpful to the Strengthen in environmental awareness and the increasing of environmental awareness is helpful to improve all people(?) quality and the ability to solve problems, helping reach the sustainable development. From the relationship between geographic education and environmental education, their relationship of the nature, objective, content, function is very close. So infiltration environmental education in geography teaching is very important and feasible.
