| Environment education is a very important part in middle school geography teaching. In the face of rapidly changing social development situation, the environmental education of junior middle school students is no delay. But because of various reasons, environmental education is not closely related to the actual life of the students. In the course of geography teaching, the content of environmental education has not been deeply lived, and the students in practice to use the knowledge of environmental education is also relatively small. Therefore, this article is to investigate the status of the environmental education in geography teaching and analysis of the problem and give the teaching strategy guidance and practice research.This paper is based on the theory of sustainable development, Scientific Outlook on Development, philosophy, education, psychology and so on, combined with the teaching characteristics of junior high school geography and the law of cognitive development of junior middle school students, methods such as literature analysis, questionnaire survey, field interviews, practical research and so on. The combination of geography environment education and life in junior high school is discussed in the paper. Through the actual investigation, interview, classroom observation and combined with their own practical experience, pointed out that the junior high school geography teaching in the life of the environmental education in the main problems. According to the analysis, it is found that most of the teachers pay more attention to the environmental education to the students, and also can bring the environmental problems in the classroom into the classroom. But there are still many problems in terms of geography teachers in environmental education pay more attention to concept, geography teachers in environmental education resources to collect, living environment of education and teaching resources analysis and utilization as well as teachers in geography classroom teaching strategies.This paper puts forward some strategies for the problems in the life oriented teaching of Geography in junior high school, for example:the lack of geography teaching life oriented teaching method, student status is not prominent in the life, environmental education resources collection and utilization is not sufficient. Catch two kinds of teaching resources in class and outside class. In class use:presentation, role play, debate and other ways to improve the students’ thinking about the environment and the degree of concern. At the same time, in view of the environment around the school, to carry out the school geography education activities. Such as:environmental investigation and utilization of environmental protection, environmental advocacy festival education set up environmental protection organizations to carry out various activities, to make the geography teaching fully and the life together. Based on life, to create a life scene; perception of life, the use of a variety of teaching methods; linked to life, to carry out extra-curricular activities. Create situations and opportunities, to enable students to feel and experience, in particular the internalization of atmosphere and practice activities, increase environmental protection knowledge, improve environmental protection skills, deepen the awareness of environmental protection. |
