A Comparative Study Of Chinese And Foreign Excellent Decathletes Achievement Of Ten College Students

The men’s ten pentathlon project is a comprehensive, totipotent event on track and field, it includes running, jumping, hit a speed, jumping, throwing and endurance, these categories contents ten individual projects. Ten single item is a two-day game. The athlete’s final score is based on the achievements of athletes in each individual, the individual scores are translated a certain score, they aggregate together to form the final total score.In a study of ten versatile, most of scholars at home and abroad compare the results of elite decathletes and find out the differences. In the study, domestic scholars about the decathlon project focus on the domestic and foreign elite athletes achievements, but the college athletes are a competitive sport reserve forces, their analysis on the college athletes decathlon results is not much, and less contrast in the decathlon athletes of outstanding Chinese and foreign students.In this article, the author uses many methods such as the comparative analysis, logical analysis, documentation and mathematical statistics. By comparative analysis and research on the top eight ten almighty college athletes in the twenty-sixth session of the World University Games and the Ninth National University Games, the author conducted a series of researches,the article analysis the individual scores, the various scores, the total score of the top eight, top three and champion. By Grade level, score order, the order of the difference, the score contribution rate, grade point average, the highest score and the lowest score,the article reflects the gap on the China’s college athletes and foreign college athletes, finding out the gap about the Chinese and foreign outstanding college athletes in the ten all-around projectConclusions of the study are as follows:1. Chinese and foreign college student athletes’ten decathletes exist a large gap in the top eight, top three and champion. The gap is reflected in the performance of total score, the group score and the individual achievements, pole vault is the biggest difference, and it is the weakest link in our college athletes ten decathlon.1500meters record is relatively low. In comparison of the group achievements, throwing project is China’s weak items, throwing the discus, shot put and javelin level is generally low.2. The college athletes’ performance in each level is not high, the individual level is third-class level, there is no prominent advantage project, they have more weak project, the gap is bigger compared with foreign student athletes. In the highest level of the individual, our college athletes’ single highest achievement is not high, there is no obvious advantage on many projects, our athletes’ score is lower on the lowest score of the individual, and they have many weak projects.3. In individual score order and the contribution rate of the college athletes, Chinese and foreign athletes’ score order is the same on the top eight, it is reflected in the speed events, jumping event, throwing events and endurance project, but in the comparison of the top three, foreign student athletes is different from Chinese athletes, jumping is the advantage project, it increase the overall grade proportion. Score of our college athletes rely on speed class project.4. In comparison of domestic and foreign champion, there is also a big gap between Chinese athletes and foreign athletes, the gap is relatively large in stay rod high jump, there is no obvious advantage project, the overall level is not high,there are many weak protects.5. In comparison of individual projects, the overall level of Chinese ten pentathlon athletes is not high, there is a big gap in the individual projects, and their development is uneven.
