In the21st century, comprehensive national strength, which is becoming increasinglyfierce, is based on economic and technological competition; but ultimately, it is the talentcompetition, of which the constitution is the material carriers. Therefore, the study of thenational constitution will fundamentally improve the competitiveness of China’s talent, andhas certain economic significance. Meanwhile, the study of national constitution is alsohelpful to thoroughly implement the national policy of our country and to explore the nationalculture, which has some politicaland cultural significance. This article is based on the2010data of the field research of students of Li and Hannationality, and obtain the body function indicators data of the Li nationality students in theyear of1985,1995and2005, with the help of the Dissertation tutor. The research methodsmainly consist of literature data, field survey, mathematical statistics and comparativeanalysis. This article firstly compares the indicator data of the Li and Han students in2010,and explores its average value by U examination to find out the differences of the two peoples. Then, it compares the corresponding data in1985,1995,2005and2010, in order to find outthe developmental regular pattern of the Li’s physical functions in the past25years, and putsforward reasonal suggestions for providing advantageous data on improving physicalsituations of Hainan minority primary and secondary school students. The main research results are as follows:Firstly, the2010survey analysis shows that the overall lung capacity of the LiNationality Middle School boys and girls is below that of the Han Chinese middle schoolstudents; and the average lung capacity of the Li Minority high school students aged in13-18is increasing year by year according to the increase of their ages. The pulse of the whole Lisecondary school students is higher than that of the Han Chinese middle school students. Themean heart rate of13-17-year-old Li nationality high school students is diminishing year byyear with their ages increasing, but the male and female high school students appeare to haveincreased pulse in their18years old. The Li secondary school students systolic blood pressure is overall higher than that ofthe Han Chinese high school students. The13-18-year-old Li Minority high school studentsmean systolic blood pressure is increasing year by year with their age growth, but the boysand girls have the varying degrees of decline in their16and18ages.The diastolic blood pressure as a whole of the Li secondary school students is lower thanthat of the Han Chinese high school students, but the mean diastolic blood pressure of the13and18year-old Li Minority high school students is increasing year by year, especially theboys and girls show a significant rise in their17-year-old.Secondly, from1985to2010, the Li Minority students’ physical function variationanalysis in these25years shows a downward trend in the vital lung capacity of the Linationality high school students in their13and18years old. The decline in girls is more thanthat in boys. Boys and girls show a sharp decline in the first20years. In2005, the spirometryindicators of the Li secondary school students reached the lowest value in the past25years.But from2005to2010there has been an upturn of the Li secondary school students lungcapacity during the five years; the Li nationality systolic blood pressure of the13and18year-old high school students shows an upward trend in the past25years, boys rising morethan girls. Both boys and girls show a marked decline in the first20year. In2005, the Lisecondary school students systolic blood pressure indicator reached the lowest value duringthe25years, but showed a significant increase in recent5years, reaching the highest value inthe past25years. In the first10years, the boys and girls in Li nationality secondary schoolshowed a decline in diastolic pressure indicators, which in1995, reached the lowest valueduring the25years; in the later15years, girls generally showed an upward trend, especiallythe18-year-old girls had a remarkable rising in the past five years; the boys appeared toincrease and then decrease. The pulse of the Li nationality aged13-18high school studentsshow an upward trend in the past25years. The increase in girls is more than that in boys. Inthe first20years, boys and girls in certain age group rose or fell; in the later five years, maleand female students showed a significant increase, especially at the age of13and18year-oldboys and girls’ increase was the most obvious.Thirdly, to deal with the vital capacity decline problem of the Li Minority students, weshould firstly explicit to students on the importance of physical exercise for their own healthy growth, and to raise their awareness of keeping fitness. Secondly, we should appropriatelyreduce the academic burden of the high school students to make them have time to dophysical exercise. Finally, middle school students should keep the spirit of bearing hardshipsand strengthen their willpower. To deal with the situation of the Li Minority student pulse rise, students should besupervised and guided with multifaceted enthusiasm and initiative. On top of that, studentsshould be motivated to actively keep long-term physical activities. By these means, the Lisecondary school students cardiovascular function could be enhanced. For the increasing of the Li students systolic blood pressure and girls diastolic bloodpressure, diet control should be carried out; at the same time, effective exercise interventionshould be implement early, in order to avoid these high school students growing into theiradulthood with hypertension risk factors.
